The service can be made all the more meaningful by incorporating your chosen music, personal photos and a poetry reading from our library.
We can also add a Music Tribute as an optional way to pay homage to their life story. This personalised virtual tribute ensures a meaningful and lasting commemoration of your loved one's life.

How you receive the Virtual Memorial Service

Your Keepsake can include an edited video of the Virtual Memorial service either on DVD, USB, Video Book, or within a Memory Box with printed personal photos to accompany the footage. Speak to your Funeral Arranger or visit our Keepsakes page to see the options.

Our in-house team carefully edit your chosen features to create your tasteful, personal Virtual Memorial Service. You will then receive this through an easy-access link, where you can watch it and download a copy.
Within three working days of the unattended service, the Virtual Memorial Service will be ready to download through a secure, unique link sent to your email of choice. You can then download and watch the Virtual Memorial Service in your own time and setting.

This downloadable media gives families and friends the opportunity to see their loved one’s last journey and watch again in their own time. -
The Music Tribute add-on gives you the ability to include up to 25 photos of your loved one carefully timed to a music track of your choice, alongside a separate music track at the beginning of the Virtual Memorial. See the top of this webpage to view an example.

Virtual Memorial Services are available as an addition to direct cremation services. Please speak with your funeral home to confirm which option you want to book, and they will guide you through the process.

As our teams carefully edit the footage and chosen media, this usually takes around three working days after the direct cremation to complete. It’s then sent through a secure link to an email address of your choice for you to download.

The Committal is the rite of passage that honours the physical parting of a deceased person by either burial or cremation. In this case it means that you are ‘committing’ the body to be cremated.
Please bear in mind that attendants may not be in full uniform like at an attended funeral, and a bier may be used if less than six attendants are available to carry your loved one into the chapel.
